What happens to the waste you collect?
Waste is collected in biodegradable bags and disposed of in the client’s trash can. We can haul off for an additional fee of $10 per month.
Do I have to sign any type of contract?
No. You may cancel your services at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for any unused service time (unless a puppy has passed away). Therefore, we recommend that you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Are there additional costs if I have more than one dog?
Our base rate is for one dog. Each additional dog will be an extra $5 per month.
What about inclement weather?
If inclement weather is too aggressive, we will reschedule your appointment for a later time/day. In the event an appointment cannot be rescheduled for that week/weekend, service will resume the following week.
How do you determine pickup days?
Your pickup days are dictated by your location and may fluctuate by a few days each week. As a small two-person business serving a wide area, we schedule visits to particular regions on designated days to maximize fuel efficiency and minimize travel time.
How Do I Pay?
We send invoices via email, and card processing is completed with Stripe. You can pay directly through this invoice. We also accept cash at the time of service if paying for a one time service. No personal checks please.
Can dogs be in the yard when you are here?
Due to liability reasons, our safety, and the potential a pet could get out during cleanup, we do not allow dogs in the yard at the time of cleanup
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be present as long as we have access to the yard.
How will I know my appointment time.
You will receive an email/text reminder the day before your appointment, and a text reminder the morning of. We will also send a text when we are en route to your home.
When/How does the billing cycle work?
For clients with a monthly service package, you'll pay for the month in advance. For new customers, if you begin service in the middle of the month, you will be prorated for that month.
What if I don’t need services for a week or two?
If you need to skip a week or two just let us know. If you already paid for the month you can be issued a credit towards the next month for the time that you were away. Please be aware that you might not receive a credit if there is over a week's worth of waste build-up in the yard.
When is my invoice due?
For monthly subscription clients invoices are due by the 5th at the latest of each month. Invoices that remain unpaid by the 8th may be subject to a $10 late fee, and services will be paused until payment is received.
What if you can’t access my property when you arrive?
We send a notification the day before and in the morning and within an hour of arrival. If we arrive and have no access to the yard, your service will be skipped for the week and you will still be charged for the visit.
